Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description

• Task Planning and task allocation in accordance with the organization’s policies and best practices.
• Liaise with customers and ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers timescales and requirements so as to foster customer satisfaction.
• Manage Manpower and resource effectively to support customer’s delivery requirements and Drive Company Absence Control Procedures to ensure maximum attendance levels of staff.
• Inspect and evaluate physical condition of rental Items to ensure that they are in perfect conditions before items are delivered to the client.
• Develop and maintain all necessary records and reports accordingly.
• Evaluate Logistics factors and liaise with transport companies when required according to their time lines
• Administer weekly Roaster for all staff in conjunction with the warehouse manager.
• Supervise the Loading and unloading of vehicle and ensure that nothing is left behind.
• Implementation of organization’s SOP, enforce discipline amongst staff, problem resolution to improve productivity.
• Come up with new processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Monitor the staff to ensure compliance with health, safety and operating procedures through staff training and daily coaching for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Age: 35yrs and above
• Academic Qualification: Bsc / HND in any field
• Experience: 5 to 10yrs experience in the event/hospitality industry.
• Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (note that this is subject to change considering the nature of the business)
• Number of working Days: 6 days a week with one day off.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
