Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Description

• Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of event venues, warehouses, and office spaces.
• Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance personnel.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid service interruptions.
• Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems are in good working order.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.

Event Support:

• Ensure venues are event-ready (clean, equipped, and functional) before each event.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling event infrastructure when required.
• Manage logistics related to equipment movement and on-site facility needs.
• Coordinate with the event planning team to align facility readiness with event timelines.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Implement and monitor health and safety standards at all facilities and during events.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
• Maintain fire safety equipment, first aid kits, and emergency exits in all locations.

Asset & Inventory Management:

• Track and manage inventory of facility equipment and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of tools, repair works, and service schedules.
• Monitor utility usage and manage operational costs efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years experience in facility or property management, preferably in events, hospitality, or entertainment.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
