Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site event activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact during events for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown according to the event plan.
• Manage and delegate tasks to support staff, ushers, decorators, and technicians.
• Ensure safety protocols and company standards are maintained throughout the event.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews to evaluate performance.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and equipment usage.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory checks and logistics coordination when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event supervision or coordination.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and safety procedures.

Preferred:

• Experience in weddings, corporate events, or large-scale productions.
• Familiarity with event equipment and venue setups.

Salary Range
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
