Job Title: Administrative / Human Resources Manager

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees and event staff.
• Manage employee performance reviews, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
• Handle conflict resolution, staff grievances, and disciplinary procedures.

Administration:

• Maintain company records, filing systems, and correspondence.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative duties.
• Assist in budgeting, payroll coordination, and expense tracking.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers.

Event Support:

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff for events.
• Maintain database of reliable freelancers and event support staff.
• Support the logistics team with staff documentation and clearance for events.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance during events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in HR/Admin, preferably within the events, hospitality, or entertainment industry.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
