Job Summary

• Our client is urgently recruiting for the role of a Business Development and Administrative Officer who will support the industry’s growth and operations by identifying market opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, managing sales activities, and overseeing essential administrative tasks.
• The role combines external-facing business development with internal coordination and operational support.

Key Duties

• Conduct market research and develop strategies for business growth.
• Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, HMOs, and government agencies.
• Manage client relationships and drive sales initiatives to meet revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements.
• Provide administrative support, coordinate internal activities, and ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain documentation, manage communication with vendors, and support compliance.
• Assist with internal planning, performance tracking, and project coordination.

Requirements

• BSc/BA/HND in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
• At least 2 years work experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and document management.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
• Proven sales track record and market knowledge
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Time management and planning skills.
