Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 10 years work experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills to identify and address potential health and safety risks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external healthcare providers.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and tools for conducting health assessments and screenings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other healthcare software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
• Effective problem-solving skills to resolve workplace health and safety issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of emergency response and first aid procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
