Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Ensure that incoming calls are answered promptly.
• Ensure that the reception area is manned at all times during working hours;
• Records every call (official calls) that comes in, in the absence of any personnel concerned;
• Records every call (outgoing) and the caller’s name;
• Ensure proper functioning of the PABX at all times.
• Reception Area Management – ensure the cleanliness of the reception
• Visitor/customer management;
• Mail management and procedural support;
• Carry out any other jobs as may be assigned.
• Personal Assistant to the MD to organize the executive
• Plan, organize travel itinerary and flights, accommodation and transportation.
• Ensure the MD’s office is clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years of work experience.
• Candidate must have completed NYSC program
• A female.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attentive to details
• Can coordinate and organize effectively
