The flagship project is Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate which is located at the Lagoon District, (the new Waterview residences of lekki phase 1) Lagos.

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, efficient employee to join our growing organization in the capacity below:

Job Title: Structural Engineer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

General Qualifications

• Degree in Structural Engineering; Master’s Degree is a plus.
• B.Eng Structural Engineering Professional Certification: COREN (Registered member) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar position.
• Design consultation and Development Construction Administration & Inspection Project management and & Business Development.
• Quality takeoffs and Analysis.
• International & National codes Standards Research and Application.
• Knowledgeable in Structural modeling skills and abilities (IT Tools).
• Highly proficient in the use of the following: Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, MS Project & Outlook) AutoCad, AutoCad MEP, PDMS Design Software (Primavera Project Planner).
• Good command of Language. English Language (Oral & Written).
