- Responsible for driving sales for assigned products in Abuja and across the Northern region of Nigeria.
Requirements
- First Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years working experience. With a Master’s in Business Administration.
- Proven Track Record of New Business Development & Leadership.
- People Leadership & Performance Management.
- Experience with people leadership & influence, strategic thinking and Planning.
- Ability to Build and Drive a High-Performance Sales Team.
- Proven Sales Track Record with high-value transactions.
- Proven experience with Sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Prospecting & Lead conversion.
- Proactive & Visionary Leadership in a Fast-Changing Environment.
- Product & Service Knowledge.
