Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, such as managing his/her calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
• Manage special projects assigned by the CEO, including tracking progress, coordinating with other departments or teams, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Maintain effective communication between the CEO and other members of the organization, external partners, anhttps://loadedvilla.com.ng/job/peridotforte-solutions-consulting-executive-assistant-2/(opens in a new tab)d clients. This may include drafting emails, memos, or other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
• Conduct research and analyze data related to business development projects or initiatives, and present findings to the CEO in a clear and concise manner.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other external partners.
• Responsible for managing the CEO’s budget and expenses, including tracking expenditures, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
• Responsible for handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or stakeholders in the organization.
• Responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the CEO and drafting communications. Overall, supporting the CEO in managing the day-to-day operations of the department, while also ensuring that business development projects and initiatives are effectively executed.

Required Skills & Competencies 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years in similar position
• Experience as an executive assistant in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
