Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services as well as initiate and control surveys to measure customer requirements and loyalty
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competition ventures and customer requirements for company products using relevant industry metrics and tools for competitiveness
• Maintain an awareness of new developments in the product development field to ensure that the company maintains its competitive advantage
• Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales target
• Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers

General Qualification, Experience,Attributes and Skills Required

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or other Social Sciences and Management related disciplines with membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria. MBA / MA / MSc is an added advantage
• A minimum of 3-year experience in middle management position working as Corporate Finance Analyst
• Adaptability, Numerate, Analytical, Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, brand management, teamwork, communication, good organization and planning, creativity and writing skills
• Working knowledge of advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution
• Sound understanding of marketing research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Excellent working knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing practices
• Ideal candidates will be dynamic, growth-oriented and ready to take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
