Job Summary

• As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and leading a team of skilled beauty professionals.
• This role is crucial in maintaining a thriving salon environment, driving business growth, and upholding the highest standards of beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, fostering a positive team culture and high-performance standards and developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the salon has access to high-quality products and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Beauty Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in cosmetology or salon management are a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in salon management or a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong financial acumen and business management skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
