Job Description

• Installing and maintaining solar panels on homes, business premises or open land.
• Ensure all Solar Panels installed follow Company’s installation guideline
• Report any malfunctional equipment to the Company immediately for rectification
• Assessing locations to ensure they are suitable for solar panels
• Making adjustments to building surfaces so panels fit and are adequately supported.
• Connecting solar panels to an electrical system
• Grounding electrical equipment and checking wiring
• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
• Performing maintenance checks and fixing solar panels
• Using a variety of technical equipment and tools
• Configure the wiring and inspect all electrical parts
• Install and connect any batteries or other accessories
• Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
