Job Description

• We are looking to employ for a period of 3-months an enthusiastic and smart HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.
• The HR intern’s responsibilities include filing, scanning and dcoumenting HR documents accordingly.
• This is a 3-months contractual role.

Responsibilities

• Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Organize documents and file accordingly.
• Assist the HR Coordinator in planning HR Initiatives.
• Assist in the coordination of new hire orientations.
• Open to learning and acquiring knowledge on other HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or studying towards a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• A strong interest in building a career in human Resources
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
