Locations:(Ajah, Lekki, Ketu, Ikeja, Agungi Lekki, Berger, Oniru, Ikota Lekki, Okota and Ejigbo) Lagos,Enugu, Ibadan – Oyo, Owerri – Imo and Benin City – Edo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound contacts, as well as de-escalating situations with unhappy customers.
- Providing patient assistance and support.
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting.
- Supporting company compliances and protocols.
- Processing timely referrals to referral attorneys within our network database.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 1 – 4 years work experience.
