Job Title: Head, Information Technology (IT)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure acceptable service delivery and delightful user experience by technical support to end-users.
• Coach and supervise information technology officer to deliver quality IT Service
• Administer server and network infrastructure, cybersecurity.
• Manage the service desk and provide technical support to local and upcountry office staff.
• Design, develop and maintain corporate websites and social media channels.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Reports to management on information technology activities and performance, present at monthly staff and management meetings.
• Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines Defines and reviews IT reports and forwards to the CEO.
• Any other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role and as a team lead.
• Professional certification in Information Technology is essential.
