• Intermediate Royal Institute British Architects Ordinary National Diploma in Architectural Technology from a recognized institution
• Full Technological Certificate (Craft) of the City and Guides of London Institute plus at least one year post qualification cognate experience.

• WAEC / SSCE Certificate
• First school leaving Certificate
• Citizenship Certificate
• Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age.
