• Must Possess any of the following: Associate Membership of the Association of Medical Records Technicians, Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators or Certificate of the registration of Medical Laboratory Technology for Technician Caders.

Other Requirements

• Professional qualification

• WAEC / SSCE Certificate
• First school leaving Certificate
• Citizenship Certificate
• Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age.
