Responsibilities
- Issue receipts, and refunds.
- Attend to customer needs
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND and NCE with 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Good accounting skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
