Job Title: Admin Assistant (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the childcare center.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and communication with parents.
• Maintain and organize records of children, staff, and activities.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from parents and guardians.
• Support in organizing events, meetings, and staff training.
• Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and welcoming.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Female candidates only, must be based in or live close to Victoria Island, Lagos.
