Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist (Home Appliances)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Permanent
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate Organizational learning and performance
- Identify training needs
- Develop a training plan
- Create instructional material
- Assist with new product release and material
- Conduct training sessions
- Evaluate the post training learning
- identify HRD needs
- Resource Learning Solutions and processes
- Manage training resources
- Monitoring and maintaining workplace assessments
- Implement strategies to increase employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Social or Management Science or other related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ similar experience in Home Appliances or White Goods (FMCG).
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
- Ability to train and develop competencies.
- Strong eye for details.
