Job Brief

• We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished professional to serve as an Administrative Manager.

 Overview

• Responsible for providing a wide range of office management and support to the University.
• Must be open to not only being in office management but also supporting senior leaders with travel arrangements, calendaring, expense reports, etc.
• Must be resourceful, an independent thinker, self-sufficient and self-motivated.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business or equivalent; Possession of Ph.D. in Business Administration shall be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience with top management staff
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
• Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Upholds sound work ethics and is highly disciplined
• Possesses a tenacious attitude, friendly, honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible
• Able to work with minimal supervision, independently or as part of a team
