Job Summary

• The incumbent will work closely with the social media marketing tutor to enhance the design skills and colour competencies of SHE enrollees.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Structured Lessons:

• Develop and deliver structured graphic design lessons and workshops that cover key concepts for beginners.
• Encourage students to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Hands-On Learning:

• Create and oversee practical projects and activities that give students hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Individualized Support:

• Provide one-on-one assistance and guidance to students who may need additional help or wish to explore advanced digital marketing topics.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate students’ understanding and application of digital marketing strategies through assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their digital marketing skills.

Mentoring and Career Guidance:

• Serve as a mentor, inspiring young females to consider careers in graphic design, color coordination, branding, digital marketing, and related fields.
• Share insights into opportunities in the digital marketing industry.

Graphic Design Activities:

• Organize and participate in graphic design activities and events for marketing-related events, campaigns, and workshops.
• Encourage students to explore graphic design and digital marketing beyond the classroom.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other instructors and hub staff to develop interdisciplinary STEM programs and projects.
• Engage with parents, guardians, and community partners to promote digital marketing and tech education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including areas such as SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to convey digital marketing concepts clearly.
• A passion for educating and inspiring young females to pursue careers in technology and digital marketing.
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and a creative approach to digital marketing education.
