Job Title: Assistant Factory Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to oversee the end-to-end production process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure consistent availability of raw materials.
• Implement cost-effective production strategies without compromising on quality.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct product testing and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance production processes.

Requirements

• First Degree in Food Science, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the food production industry, kitchen management within the QSR industry
• Excellent communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, culinary techniques and quality control.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Basic proficiency in relevant software for inventory and scheduling.
