Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to market our Human Resource Outsourcing services to potential clients.
• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our HR outsourcing services
• Collaborate with our HR team to develop customized solutions for clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in HR outsourcing or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong understanding of HR outsourcing services and their benefits.
