Job Title: Maintenance & Integrity Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the review, assessment, and update of integrity management and inspection data for pressure systems, pipelines, and structures and the development of project strategy documentation, risk assessments, and Written Schemes of Examination.
• Plan and provide technical support for materials selection and specifications for pipelines/flowlines and all company static assets to advise the Engineering design team on materials specification and operational requirements using requisite design standards & codes during the design stage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management within the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of upstream oil and gas production operations, equipment, and facilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• In-depth understanding of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines), pressure vessels, piping systems, and instrumentation used in upstream oil and gas operations.
