Job Title: Professor (Faculty of Agriculture)

Job Description
We are recruiting Professors in the following departments:

• Agricultural Economics & Extension Services
• Agronomy
• Fisheries and Aquaculture
• Animal Production and Husbandry
• Forestry and Wildlife Management

Requirements

• Either evidence of prior promotion to the rank of a full Professor from a recognised University or Candidates should possess a PhD Degree in the appropriate discipline applied for, with at least ten (10) years teaching and research experience in a University, with at least two (2) years as a Reader/Associate Professor.
• Candidates must possess scholarly publications in both local and international journals as proof of specialisation in core areas of departmental fields of study.
• Candidates must also have sufficient administrative experience.

Salary and Allowances

• Salary and allowances are as obtainable in Nigerian compensation structure for Universities plus 10-25% Hensard University premium (Countryside Allowance).
• An enhanced welfare package is also in place to attract the best in the education sector.
