Job Summary

• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, handling tasks such as communication, organization, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors, providing excellent customer service.
• Data Entry: Enter data into computer systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Organization: Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
• Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient use of time.
• 5Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Office Supplies: Maintain office supplies, ordering and restocking as necessary.
• Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and prepare expense reports.
• Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as events, presentations, and research tasks.

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative Experience: 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
• Certifications: Certifications, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Professional Secretary (CPS), are desirable.

Skills:

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and management.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in work.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Office Environment: Work in an office environment, with minimal travel required.
• Standard Hours: Standard hours, with occasional overtime or flexible scheduling.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve office goals and objectives.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
