Follow-up of customer experience.
Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.
Answering questions, suggestions, remarks from clients.
Receiving and dealing with customer claims.
Respond to emails and provide spontaneous follow up on calls and emails
Job Requirements
Strictly for OND holder
2-3 years work experience
Salary Range
N30,000 – N35,000 / Month.
