Job Duties / Description

• Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences.
• Attending meetings and keep minutes.
• Attending to Incoming/Outgoing mails, Clearing Updates, Agents Updates, Container Update, Forex, Invoices.
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate

Requirements

• HND / B.SC / BA in Office Administration, Office Tech or any related field
• 2-3 years experience with company that is into importation and must be very Internet Compliance
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent Verbal and writing skill
• Female
• AGE : 35years below

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
