We are seeking competent, self motivated, hardworking and result driven professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Maintains records prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• Executes plans, policies, and programs in supplies, housekeeping, stores, forms, buildings and grounds maintenance.
• Supervises equipment maintenance and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate store requisition and issuance.
• Coordinate the hiring, training and scheduling of staff.
• May occasionally perform any task assigned to subordinate staff.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Time management
• Coordination
• Knowledge of the principles and techniques of administrative management including organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of labour relations policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of employee policies and procedures.

Salary

• N80,000 monthly.
