MBBS degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.
Evidence of full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
NYSC discharge certificate or evidence of exemption.
Current Practicing License.
A pass in the Primary Examination in either National PMCN or West Africa College of Surgeons/Physicians in the relevant field.
