Educational / Professional Qualifications

• B.Eng Engineering, B.Sc / HND Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.

Other Qualifications:

• Must have worked as a General Manager in a Manufacturing Industry
• Bachelor’s degree Proven experience (8 years) in manufacturing operations management, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other relevant process improvement tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, set goals, and drive results.
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
