Job Purpose

• To be responsible for managing the schedules of the Managing Director.

Educational / Professional Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Social / Management Science similar fields.

Years of Experience Required:

• 3 years experience in similar role.

Other Qualifications:

• Must have worked as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and good power point presentation skills
• Outstanding organizational ,time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications/software, good knowledge of graphic design
• Must be sharp,
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Should be able to work from Lagos and Agbara offices.
