Job Title: Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Role Overview

• We need a go-getter who is passionate about real estate marketing and closing deals. If you know how to sell and love hitting (or exceeding) targets, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for our real estate properties.
• Engage and convert leads through strategic marketing efforts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

What We Expect

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with proven experience in real estate marketing or a similar sales role.
• Ability to hit and surpass sales targets consistently.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A strong drive for results and a solution-focused mindset.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 per month + Attractive Commissions
