Job Title: Customer Happiness / Onboarding Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping / evaluating records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with other team members as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Onboard and train new merchants
• Arrange testing, logistics, and delivery of terminals to new merchants
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards

Requirements

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Ability to explain processes and simple language
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
• 2+ years Experience working with retail customer support over phone and remote platforms.
• Good communication skills
• Empathy for customers
• Problem solving skills
