Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition:

• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients (individuals, SMEs, and corporate organizations) for the HMO’s services.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client presentations, meetings, and demonstrations to highlight the value of HMO plans and services.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and healthcare providers to promote loyalty and service satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
• Foster relationships with industry professionals to stay informed on HMO trends, market needs, and competitor activities.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

• Conduct market research to identify potential client needs, market trends, and opportunities in the HMO sector.
• Develop and implement strategies to differentiate the company’s HMO services and attract targeted clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales approaches as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
