Job Summary

• As an Agricultural Insurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing insurance solutions that support farmers and agribusinesses in mitigating risks and ensuring sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct risk assessments for agricultural enterprises.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of agricultural insurance products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Monitor trends in agricultural technology and climate adaptation strategies to enhance insurance product offerings.

What You’ll Need

• BSc in Agriculture, Agribusiness, insurance or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in agricultural insurance or agribusiness development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of agricultural risks.
