Job Description

• The Corporate services manager is part of the executive team with the responsibility to oversee non-revenue generating operations / systems and ensure they run seamlessly and efficiently.
• It involves providing strategic planning, operational support, research, and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, and facilities management.
• The Corporate Service Manager oversees the relationship between an organization and its vendors or clients.
• In addition, the manager often works with other departments to fulfill event or marketing needs, which may overlap with marketing or public relations departments as a common responsibility.
• He or she may also work closely with the human resources department to implement company-wide structure and protocol.

Responsibilities

• Provide relevant information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
• Direct, manage and develop the capacity of administrative staff to guarantee smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
• Represent the organization on internal and external matters, including negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums
• Analyze complex issues and develop solutions in the form of plans and strategies
• Prepare reports and submissions about the organization’s resources and operations
• Creating and implementing a corporate budget
• Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, materials, equipment, etc.)
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Inventory management of company stock
• Procurement of items as needed by the office.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven working experience as Corporate Services.
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
