Job Title: Administrative Officer / Front Desk Officer

Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handling pupils registration on school portal
• Maintain daily attendance of pupils
• Maintain accounting records and reports
• Safe keeping of school materials and supplies
• Supervising other adhoc staff and monitoring all floor activities as well as outdoor activities, ensuring environment is safe and condusive for pupils
• Make arrangement for school supplies and all necessary items required for learning
• Regular update of school portal and social media platforms; maintaining communication with parents
• Attending to all enquiries and and providing appropriate response to complaints.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc with minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Applicant must be able to pay attention to detail
• Technology savvy; Must be able to market the school
• Must be able to manage the school facility and ensure the school environment is condusive and safe for learning.
• Applicants must be resident within Ejigbo, Bucknor, Isheri-Oshun, Ijegunc or it’s environs.
