Job Summary

• The Management Information System (MIS) Officer prepares and present central reports on the whole fleets for daily operations meeting and deliberations.
• The management Information system (MIS) officer is the custodian of information of the fleets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare/compute operations dashboard on daily basis and present for daily operations meeting
• Daily monitoring of performance for the fleets base on Turn Around Time (TAT)
• Daily highlight of operational and non-operational trend
• Daily presentation of plant dispatch viz as viz tipper dispatch
• Analysis of control reports on daily basis for fleets consumption
• Others operation assignments as need arises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any discipline
• 2 to 5 years similar work experience
• Must have excellent negotiating skills
• Must have excellent communication and people skills
• Must have relationship management skills
