Job Description
- We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, answer phone inquiries and handle complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
- Working with the legal team to prepare client documents.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Must be a 2021 NYSC Batch B Stream 2 Corp member.
- Knowledge of office procedures.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
