Oversee all engineering processes on the project sites;
Provide technical support to all management processes;
Coordinate and organize workmen and sub-contractors;
Identify and resolve all technical issues in the construction process;
Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager;
Ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget;
Liaising between sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Job Requirements
For this position, candidates must have a good First Degree (B.Sc. / HND) in the field of Civil Engineering or Building Tech.
Membership of COREN and professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Qualified candidates must have three (3) to five (5) years experience in delivering construction engineering results in construction projects that are cost-effective and structurally sound.
