Job Title: Procurement Officer 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and monitors the assigned project procurement activities at the various stages of work, as well as taking the appropriate measures to ensure that the entire project procurement cycle is on schedule and within the budget and in accordance with requisition or contract requirements.
• Develop and implement the procurement execution strategy and procedures in accordance with the company guidelines.
• Planning and development of project scheduling with reference to issue dates of requisitions and purchase order placement.
• Monitor the issue of material requisitions within required dates.
• Review requisitions for completeness and expediting all missing data and/or documents and establish early required delivery dates for equipment and materials in accordance with procedure and schedule.
• Analyzes and evaluates purchase requisition forms, as assigned, to ensure purchases meet.
• Maintains and foster relationships OEMs, handle RFQs, procurement, shipping and delivery of equipments to site locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience and understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N160,000 monthly.
