Job Tittle: Admin / I.T Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• Conduct network troubleshooting to identify network problems.
• Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed.
• Provide technical support services.
• Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.
• Ensure timely resolution of problems involving laptops, servers and applications.
• Recommend software and hardware solutions and relevant upgrades.
• Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity.
• Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
• Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
• Review, prioritize, and process problem and progress reports.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
• Coordinate schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
• Operate copy equipment, printers or other equipment necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of HND.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the exact role or similar role.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to install and configure software.
• Excellent interpersonal skill.

Salary
N100,000 monthly (Gross)
