Job Summary

• We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Representatives to promote and sell our products to customers in Lagos.
• The ideal candidates will have a strong background in FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company-owned vehicles to designated sales routes in Lagos
• Promote and sell canned fruit juice and energy drinks to existing and potential customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Monitor and report on competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably as a Van Sales Representative
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of Lagos routes and geography
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Smart and intelligent with a professional demeanor
• Commission on sales target achievement

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
