Program Overview

• As part of our continuous efforts to invest in the future, we are launching a Young Talent Graduate Trainee Program designed to identify, develop, and nurture young professionals to become future leaders within the organization.
• The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured learning and development journey for fresh graduates.
• Trainees will be immersed in various business functions, receiving hands-on experience, mentorship, and tailored training. The goal of the program is to provide trainees with the knowledge, skills, and exposure required to excel in their chosen career path and contribute to the organizationssuccess.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across different departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.)
• Assist with day-to-day operations and project tasks under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Analyze data and contribute to business decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as part of continuous professional development.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and learning outcomes.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) with a Bachelor’s or HNDin [relevant fields, e.g., Business, Engineering, Finance, IT, etc.]
• Demonstrated academic excellence and extracurricular involvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
