Job Summary
- We are seeking a competent Ticketing Officer to join our team in Abuja. As a Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for issuing parking tickets to vehicles that have violated parking regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong sense of integrity.
Responsibilities
- Issue parking tickets to vehicles in accordance with parking regulations
- Patrol designated areas to identify vehicles in violation of parking regulations
- Write and issue tickets to vehicle owners
- Maintain accurate records of tickets issued
- Provide excellent customer service to vehicle owners
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE or OND in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism
