Responsibilities
- Receive customers and attend to enquiries
- Respond to telephone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails
- Supervise non-professional staff like drivers and cleaners
- Provide support on other admin functions like travel lohistics, facility management, inventory management, petty cash management and bills payment.
