Job Description
Our client urgently needs the services of a Chief Operating Officer to drive the Bank. The Job Description of this person includes the following:
Ensure quality lending
Assist in the recovery efforts of bad loans
Ensure quality customer services
Ensure compliance with regulatory policies
Ensure efficient/Quality Banking operations
Ensure an effective Internal control
Ensure that the Bank reports profits every month
Ensure an effective investment by the Bank
Drive the sale of the Bank products
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience with Microfinance Banking operations and must be very conversant with the usage and application of Bank One software.
